Book an Open Workshop with us:

 

Open Workshops allow anyone (including the whole family!) to come and create a stunning piece of home decor. Simply choose your project and design, find your location, and book online. During the booking process, you will enter your project and design information so we can have the materials and stencil ready before you arrive. Book and check out online at least 24 hours before the workshop and you're good to go!

Please note, we do not take walk-ins during Open Workshops. Although they are
“open" workshops we still request that you book online at least 24 hours in advance.

Schedule a Private Party:

How many people do I need?

Weekdays before 7 pm:
Minimum: 7, Maximum: 30

Monday and Tuesday nights:
Minimum: 7, Maximum: 30

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday nights:
Minimum: 20, Maximum: 30

Weekends:
Minimum: 20, Maximum: 30

If you cannot meet the minimum number of guests for a private party you can always have everyone attend the same Open Workshop. When each person books they can list who they would like to sit with and your group will be seated together!

How much is it per person?

Adult projects range from $38-$75
Teen projects range from  $28-$38
Kid projects $28

How does payment work?

The host can choose to pay for the group as a whole, or each guest can pay individually. 

What will we make?

There are two options for choosing projects:
1 – Each guest can select their own project and design from our gallery.
2 – The host can pre-select a project and design for everyone to make.

Is there a deposit?

A $125 deposit is required to hold the reservation of your private party. The deposit will go towards the remaining balance or be refunded once the minimum number of guests has been met. If you are unable to meet the minimum or cancel the private party the deposit is considered non-refundable. The deposit fee is $125 and must be paid by credit card over the phone. You have 10 full days prior to the workshop to cancel and get a full refund. Anytime within that 10 days prior to the workshop, the deposit will be considered non-refundable.

What’s included in a private party?

We provide everything you need! We take care of set up, materials, tools, and clean up.
The only thing you and your guests need to do is come ready to get crafty! 
*We do not provide ice, cups, or plates.

How long is a private party?

Each private party is 3 hours. You are welcome to come in 15-20 minutes prior to set up.

What can I bring?

We are BYOB, so you can bring any type of drinks and food your heart desires (yes, that includes beer, wine, and liquor)!  We have buffet tables for your use as well as any unused workstations. Please be sure to bring any tableware you might need! You are also more than welcome to bring decorations! 

Cancellation Policy

If the private party is canceled at least 10 days before the scheduled date the deposit will be refunded. If the party is canceled less than 10 days away from the scheduled date the deposit is non-refundable.

If one person is paying for the entire private party the deposit will be added to the remaining balance once the minimum number of guests has been met.

If each person is booking for themselves they will do so through the private event on the calendar – the person who paid the deposit to reserve the private party will be refunded once the minimum number of guests has been met.
